The DIY shadowbox I'll be showing is based on my wedding day.
I assembled my:
invitation
program
bridesmaid bouquet (which I allowed to dry for 3 weeks)
background pages
scrapbook stickers
shadowbox
You'll also need:
tape/glue
scissors/cutting board
pins (if you want)
ribbon (if you want)
photo of the couple (if you have room, I didn't)
a koozie/wedding favor (if you want, I didn't)
whatever else you want to keepsake ;)

I bought a 12x12 shadowbox from Walmart (on sale for $10) which in hindsight was a little small for what I was planning. A deeper box would've helped as well for the flowers. But I made do.
I cut down my invitation and program to fit better. I also cut up the background pages to make a collage of sorts. I then laid everything out the way I wanted it.

Once I was happy with the layout, I pinned, taped, and glued everything down.
I scrunched everything into the shadowbox and ta-da!

Wall art memories forever :)
Good luck with your own shadowbox!
